HOW TO CUSTOM ORDER

We love when our customers share an idea that we haven't thought of yet! Combining your ideas & our know-how,  J & A can bring your vision to life! Whether it’s an Insta-popular piece or something you’ve been dreaming of for years, nothing is too crazy to not be considered.

Pricing is based on size and scope of project.

1. To get a free design session, or if you have questions or special requests, just drop us a line or ask for a design appointment. 
2. We will meet in-person, on the phone or virtually to discuss your needs. After we hash out the details J & A will create an invoice to commission your piece/s.
3. 50% deposit is required to begin material procurement/ build of your order and secure your pick-up date (nonrefundable) 
4. Allow approximately 3-4 weeks for custom order completion
5. Balance is due upon pick-up
6. All sales are final

*Sales Tax:

We are required by the government to charge sales tax on any items delivered in the state of Virginia.  If you are tax-exempt and provide us with your tax-exempt certificate prior to confirming your order, we can remove that line item from your invoice.
